Find out who the Scout expects to pick up the Fantasy Premier League points when City travel to the north east on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola‘s men travel to St. James’ Park on Sunday 21 August, with kick-off scheduled for 16:30 (UK).

We currently sit top of the Premier League table, but know we’ll need to be at our best to maintain that position by the end of the weekend.

Indeed, only City and Liverpool picked up more points from January - May than Newcastle last season.

City stars

Phil Foden‘s (£8.0m) influence on the road can pose big problems for Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.

Foden was involved in 10 away goals last season, joint-top for Pep Guardiola’s side.

The England star produced six of his nine goals and four of his six assists on the road, averaging out at an impressive 6.4 points per away match.

Joao Cancelo (£7.1m) has also earned a double-figure haul in each of his last two visits to Newcastle, including his career-high haul of 18 points last season.

Opponent to watch

Callum Wilson (£7.5m) is Newcastle’s dangerman, the forward scoring against Nottingham Forest in their previous match at St James’ Park.

Elsewhere, Fabian Schär (£4.6m) is the top-scoring defender on 20 points, producing a goal, two clean sheets and three bonus points.

Managers on the lookout for a low-owned differential should consider Leicester City playmaker James Maddison (£8.0m) and Chelsea’s Mason Mount (£8.0m).

Maddison produced double-figure hauls in each of the Foxes’ clashes with their visitors Southampton last season.

Mount has averaged 7.5 points per match in his meetings with his hosts Leeds United, scoring in both their encounters in the previous campaign.

Dejan Kulusevski (£8.1m) produced a goal, an assist and 13 points in Spurs’ first home match of the season ahead of their Saturday lunchtime clash with Wolves.

Finally, Brentford’s Ivan Toney (£7.1m) is one of only two forwards to produce returns in each of the first two GWs, combining a goal with two assists to claim 17 points.

The bees travel to Fulham for a 15:00 kick-off on Saturday.
