A 5-0 win over the Canaries at the Etihad saw Ederson claim the prestigious Premier League Golden Gloves award for keeping 16 clean sheets in the season.
It also saw Kevin De Bruyne, who scored two goals, equal Thierry Henry’s long-standing record for the highest number of assists – 20 – in a league campaign and claim the Premier League assist award for a second time.
And City’s 26th win of the season also saw us reach the 100-goal tally for the season for a third time.

With David Silva also enjoying a superb final domestic appearance for the Club it made for a memorable afternoon.
And the City boss was quick to add his own message of praise for his players at his post-match press conference.
“We did a good job, a good game with and without the ball,” said the City manager.
“It’s good to finish the Premier League season here with second position, scoring lots of goals. Awards for the Premier League - the Golden Glove and (assists) for Kevin.
“I told them:Play. Don’t focus too much (on the assist record). Kevin made one assist and could have broken it easily. He will share the record with Henry. He played really good.
“Individual targets and focus to achieve something is good and for the benefit of the team. It’s not a problem. His is pace was different, we were aggressive. Everyone did well.

“(It’s) So nice (for Ederson). I think today he deserves it. He made two incredible saves. Without him it would not be possible.
“It was really good the fact he made a good season. The two saves he made; he deserves what he has done.
“Incredible credit for him as a keeper and we are so happy for this award.”
The boss also added his own tribute to Silva after what was his 309th and final Premier League appearance for the Club.
Silva was substituted late on in the game and was afforded a heartfelt standing ovation by all of his teammates and staff.
Silva though is set to be a key figure when we resume our Champions League campaign next month with City planning a special tribute for El Mago after his final game for the Club.

“It was the smallest standing ovation of all time but he will come back to receive it with the fans,” Guardiola added.
“They want to do it. What the players have done on pitch is to show gratitude and honour he had to have for incredible ten years at this club.
“The team want to thank him for what he has done for the club in ten years.
“Now we have two weeks to prepare for Real Madrid. We want to arrive in the best conditions and we are going to do it.”
