Phil Foden has been nominated for October's PFA Vertu Motors Fans’ Player of the Month award.
The 21-year-old has been in sensational form, with his man-of-the-match display at Anfield in the pulsating 2-2 draw with Liverpool perhaps his stand-out performance of the month.
He also hit a double in our fine 4-1 win at Brighton as he once again flourished in a False 9 role.
He is now widely considered one of the finest attacking players in world football.
Foden has been nominated alongside Chelsea duo Reece James and Ben Chilwell, Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, Declan Rice of West Ham and Conor Gallagher of Crystal Palace.
