Kyle Walker says his City team-mates are all at the Club for the opportunity to win titles and make history.

We go into Saturday’s 12:30 (UK) kick-off at Fulham knowing that victories in each of our final three Premier League games will see us to a record fourth successive title.

After that, we will then face Manchester United at Wembley in a repeat of last year’s FA Cup final.

With so much at stake over the next few weeks, all involved at City would be forgiven for being a little nervous.

However, Club captain Walker instead insists the squad are relishing the pressure.

“I am excited,” he said.

“We are three games away from hopefully doing something that no one has ever done and that is winning four Premier League titles in a row. We need to go and win three games.”

“It is the business end and where you go and earn the money. We are paid to play football, be entertaining and win things.

“That’s why the manager is here, the group of players we have are here and to get here is 38 hard games.

“If you are in the position that we are at now, it is three games that are in your hands. You will take that any day and you go and win the three games and hopefully we are celebrating at the end.

Walker also backed his team-mates to do whatever it takes to get the nine points required for an historic success.

“When you get onto the pitch and the referee blows the whistle you are just in the zone and trying to get the three points.

“Once you are there, I look at the lads around me and I trust them all. I trust them that someone is going to pull some magic out of somewhere whether that is scoring a goal or stopping a goal.

“It doesn’t matter who plays because I know they are going to fight for the badge or fight for the club.”

City’s early start in the capital on Saturday means we have the opportunity to pile the pressure on current leaders Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta’s side are a point ahead of us having played a game more and will have to wait until Sunday for their game against Manchester United this weekend.

Walker believes setting our stall out at the beginning of the weekend could have a bearing on how our challengers play at Old Trafford.

“It is key,” he began.

“I remember last season where it felt like we threw it away where Arsenal played before us and we had Nottingham Forest and drew there.

“If you can get important points on the board that is the main thing first and foremost. We need to make sure they go to Old Trafford thinking ‘we have got to win because City have gone and won’.

“It does put that pressure on them and hopefully Manchester United can get a result against them.”
