Pep Guardiola’s side will be looking to bounce back from our Carabao Cup defeat to Southampton when we travel to Old Trafford on 14 January (kick-off scheduled for 12:30pm UK).
Victory would see us take advantage of the earlier kick-off time and apply pressure to league leaders Arsenal, while pulling further clear of the hosts in the Premier League table.
However, it will be no easy task against Erik ten Hag’s side who have won their previous eight games in all competitions – including their three league encounters since returning from the winter break.
Last time out against the Red Devils, a scintillating City display saw us sweep our rivals aside and record a 6-3 victory at the Etihad Stadium.
