Brugge have taken four points from their opening two Champions League matches, holding Paris Saint-Germain to a 1-1 draw in their previous home fixture before coming from behind to beat RB Leipzig in their last European outing.
But even the Manchester weather couldn’t dampen the players’ spirits at the CFA as we put together the final preparations for Tuesday’s 17:45 (UK) kick-off against the Belgian champions.
The fixture represents a first competitive meeting between the two sides and while training hit a typically high intensity, the team also looked hugely excited at the prospect of a return to Champions League action.
