IMPORTANT MATCH TICKET INFORMATION
Only supporters with a valid match ticket, with the name of the supporter written on and photo ID will be admitted.
Those with damaged or forged tickets/ID, or people who have lost or had their ticket/ID stolen will not be allowed access. Entry into the stadium can be slow. There will be ticket checks and searches at the entrance to the turnstiles.
Tickets are not transferable and cannot be used by any other supporter. Duplicate tickets will not be issued. Take care of your match ticket at all times. Please sit in the seat allocated to you and detailed on your ticket.
ACCESSING THE STADIUM
Manchester City supporters are seated in Blocks 523-533 and Blocks 621-633. These seats are located in the top two tiers of the North Stand (Fondo Norte).
Supporters will access from Tower D at the North East end of the stadium on the corner of Salgado and Damian (street). As well as a standard spiral ramp entry, the tower also houses stairs and an internal escalator system.
The stadium opens at approximately 7:30pm, you are advised to arrive at least 60-miniutes prior to kick off as security checks can take up to an hour to complete before admittance to the away end. All supporters must be inside the stadium no later than 30-minutes before kick-off (8:15pm local time).
Real Madrid have advised that all supporters will be required to remove their footwear for checking at the entry point to the lanes.
The wheelchair platform is located in Block 227 of the East Stand, entrance to the stadium via Gate 51 adjacent to Tower D. Walking Ambulant supporters located in the away end can access via the spiral towers. An internal escalator system is installed within the towers along with standard ramp and stair access. Access is from 7:30pm (local time).
The local police have advised that all supporters arrive at least 1-hour before kick-off as the security checks at the entrance may take some time. Anyone not in the stadium 30-minutes before kick-off may be delayed in entering the stadium. Once inside the stadium, it is important that aisles are kept clear at all times. The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
The final decision as to who enters the stadium lies with Real Madrid and the local police.
PFE-ARRANGED TICKET COLLECTIONS
The Club’s Supporter Liaison Officer will be located outside the away end, 1.5-hours before kick-off for supporters that have contacted the Club in advance to arrange a collection. Duplicate tickets cannot be arranged on the night.
FOOD AND DRINK
Refreshments are available within the away end. Payment by cash and card. Alcohol will not be served in the stadium.
BAGS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
A small backpack (A4 in size) will be allowed. No large bags and luggage are permitted inside the stadium. There is no left luggage facility. Large amounts of coins, belts with large buckles, mobile battery packs and cigarette lighters aren’t allowed in the stadium. CODE OF CONDUCT
If you ever witness crime, vandalism, violence, drugs, the use of smoke bombs and pyrotechnics or abusive behaviour from visiting or home supporters, inside or outside the stadium, contact a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns. We also ask that you respect the stewards and staff of the opposing team.
