Rodri has been nominated for April's Premier League Goal of the Month award for his unstoppable strike against Watford.

Our midfielder is listed alongside seven other players from across the league and the vote is open now.

The Spaniard’s dipping shot from outside the area after chesting down a Gabriel Jesus chip caught the eye in the 5-1 win over Watford.

VOTE FOR RODRI HERE

Earlier this week it was announced as one of seven finishes up for the Nissan Goal of the Month award.

The other nominees for the Premier League award are Antonio Rudiger (Chelsea v Brentford); James Ward-Prowse (Leeds v Southampton); Aaron Cresswell (West Ham v Everton); Enock Mwepu (Arsenal v Brighton & Hove Albion); Miguel Almiron (Newcastle v Crystal Palace); Connor Roberts (Burnley v Southampton) and Granit Xhaka (Arsenal v Manchester United).

This comes after Pep Guardiola was nominated for April’s Manager of the Month award and Kevin De Bruyne & Gabriel Jesus were shortlisted for the players’ award.

Voting for all awards closes at 12:00 (UK) on Monday 9 May and winners will be announced on Thursday 12 May.
