Savinho and Vivianne Miedema received a big Manchester City welcome as they were introduced to supporters at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
Pep Guardiola‘s newest addition and Gareth Taylor’s first summer signing took to the stage at West Reception to huge applause from supporters.
The pair spoke of their hopes for the 2024/25 season with Guardiola’s men aiming for five Premier League titles in succession and Taylor’s women looking to go one step further this time out and clinch the WSL crown.
As well as their meet-and-greet session on stage, they spent time signing autographs for fans and also spoke to the media in press conferences held in the stadium.
The duo were upbeat as they spoke to journalists ahead of what promises to be an exciting campaign for both players.
