City began our 2022/23 UEFA Champions League campaign with a 4-0 victory over Sevilla after goals from Erling Haaland (2), Phil Foden and Ruben Dias.
Haaland netted his 11th goal of the season in all competitions after just 20 minutes, tapping in from Kevin de Bruyne‘s accurate cross.
Shortly after the interval, Phil Foden doubled the lead, working space excellently just inside the 18 yard box before rifling into the bottom corner beyond the sprawling Bono.
With just under 25 minutes remaining, Haaland stroked in his second of the evening, reacting first after Bono’s parried Foden‘s strike.
