Manager preview
“With this amount of games, if the manager has to motivate, it’s over!
“It comes from inside, the desire to play good and help the team. They want to feel like a decisive player. It comes from inside himself.
“I cannot make a speech every three days to motivate. They like to play and be part of Premier League and Champions League. This is the most important thing.”
