Preparations continue for our pre-season curtain raiser on Tuesday 27 July, when we welcome Preston for a behind closed doors friendly at the Academy Stadium.
The match kicks off at 19:00 (UK) and will be available to view live on CITY+ with a subscription.

As Pep Guardiola‘s men step up our return from the summer break, the players took part in a number of dribbling and passing drills, getting a good feel for the ball once again after a couple of months away.
It’s clear to see our City stars regaining that sharpness, with training taking on a heightened intensity across our first week of pre-season.
Tuesday’s clash looks like a tantalising opportunity for the lads to showcase those talents once again, and the typically high levels of focus and effort on show at the CFA suggest the players are ready and raring for Preston’s visit.
