Training: Flying through the gears

Manchester City’s goalkeepers’ union have been at full stretch in an energetic training session.

Ederson and Scott Carson were, quite literally, flying through the air as they got put through their paces at the City Football Academy.

Once again, the mood in the camp looked positive, with plenty of smiles on display as Pep Guardiola continues to drill his players ahead of the crucial Champions League tie against Real Madrid next week.

City hold a 2-1 lead ahead of the second leg of our last 16 encounter, which takes place at 20:00 (UK) on Friday 7 August at the Etihad Stadium.
