City's players were back in training on Thursday morning after Wednesday night's Champions League victory over FC Copenhagen.

We safely booked our place in the last eight of the competition by completing a 6-2 aggregate victory over the Danish champions.

It saw us become the first English team ever to 10 consecutive wins in the Champions League and was a 30th successive home match in the tournament without defeat.

However, with a top of the table clash in the Premier League coming up on Sunday, it was straight back to work in Manchester earlier today.

We travel to Anfield on Sunday to face leaders Liverpool in a 15:45 (UK) kick-off.

There was a brief chance for some time out for our players who made it into the FIFPRO World XI back in January.

Those that didn’t attend the ceremony - Kyle Walker, John Stones, Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne - all received their trophies during the session from FIFA’s Chief of Global Football Development Arsene Wenger.
