Preparations continued in earnest ahead of our clash with Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday, as we look to build on our first victory of the new season against Norwich last weekend.
But while there was no let up in our focus and application during today’s session, there was time for the team to be greeted by two people who are more than familiar with the twists and turns that come in a dash over the line.
Although their racing experience comes from the track rather than a Premier League title challenge, Spanish Moto GP Racers Marc and Alex Marquez were in town, having a chat and catching up with Pep Guardiola and the team at the CFA.
Before that, however, the lads were snapped during a pre-training gym session, as we continue to sharpen up in preparation for Saturday’s visit of the Gunners.
