Manchester City have been drawn against FC Copenhagen in the last 16 of this season’s UEFA Champions League.

City, the current holders, qualified for the knock-out phase by topping Group G, becoming only the eighth team in history to take maximum points from the group stage by winning all six matches, which saw us finish ahead of RB Leipzig, Young Boys and Red Star Belgrade.

It is the 11th season in a row City have qualified for the last 16 of the competition.

Copenhagen finished second in Group A, behind Bayern Munich and ahead of Galatasaray and Manchester United. 

As one of the seeded teams, Pep Guardiola’s side will play away from home in the first leg, before welcoming FC Copenhagen to the Etihad Stadium for the return game.

City will travel to Denmark for a 20:00 (UK) kick-off at Parken stadium on Tuesday 13 February 2024 before welcoming FC Copenhagen to the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday 6 March 2024, with kick-off scheduled for 20:00 (UK). 

Information on dates and kick off times for the two matches against the Danish side will appear on mancity.com and on the official Man City app later today.
