The champions were without Kyle Walker, Ilkay Gundogan, Kevin De Bruyne and John Stones for Wednesday’s game against Aston Villa.
Aymeric Laporte was also absent with a one-match suspension, while Phil Foden and Jack Grealish returned, but only started on the bench.
But the boss confirmed at his Friday press conference that the four injured players, plus Laporte, will all travel to Vicarage Road.
“Except Ferran Torres, all are ready to travel to London,” said Pep.
“It’s better, I said before the game against Villa, you need everyone, much better to have everyone.”
City enjoyed a fine November, winning all five matches we played, including three wins from three in the Premier League.
It has led to a series of award nominations, with Guardiola himself shortlisted for the Premier League Manager of the Month prize.
But the boss is unconcerned by individual awards. For him, playing consistently good football and entertaining the fans is all that matters.
“We don’t pay much attention about these awards,” Guardiola said.
“These awards normally are won by the teams that are winning. Does that mean they are the best? They are winning.
“Winning means for many, many reasons. If I am awarded Manager of the Months it’s because of the players. I didn’t score one goal or save one shot.
“If Bernardo wins then it’s because there’s 10 other players alongside them who play really good and help him win.
“Okay, get a picture, it’s nice for the media, for Instagram but it’s not important.
“The important thing is being consistent and having success for our people - our fans and the people who like watching City play football.”
