City head into Sunday’s Premier League clash at the London Stadium knowing that another four points from our final two matches will seal a fourth title in five seasons.

Just a few days since the 5-1 win at Wolves, Pep’s team are full of confidence ahead of facing Europa League chasing West Ham.
