Seasoncard renewals are now live and you can pay for your 2018/19 Seasoncard and select additional benefits, including car parking and Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket.
The Seasoncard renewal brochure is only available online. You can view the renewal brochure here and you have also been sent a personalised version via email*, which includes your seat and pricing details for season 2018/19.
You can renew and pay for your chosen seat from now until 5pm, Wednesday 16 May.
If you pay by Direct Debit, it will be auto-renewed on or just after Thursday 17 May, at which point you will receive a confirmation email from the Club.
Seat renewal and payment** can be completed either:
- Online at mancity.com/tickets or via the RENEW NOW links in your personalised e-brochure
- By calling +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1,1,2) – available 24hrs, booking fee of £2.50 per Seasoncard
Disabled supporters can renew by:

· Visiting the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office located on the first floor of the City Store

VALUE SEASONCARD
A limited number of Value Seasoncards will be available for Seasoncard holders to purchase for the 2018/19 season. These will be on sale from 10am on Wednesday 2 May priced at £299 (no concessions).
Value Seasoncards will be issued on a first come, first served basis and are available via the same methods as the above Seasoncard renewal channels.
At the time of purchase you can choose your add-ons, including car parking and Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket. Payment can be made in full or by Direct Debit with the standard 10 monthly payments.
Once the Seasoncard renewal window has closed, supporters who have purchased a Value Seasoncard will be allocated their seat for season 2018/19 and will receive an email with their seat details before 31 May.
CUP SCHEMES
Registration for Cup Schemes will open on Thursday 21 June to coincide with the introduction of a new ticketing website for the coming season. In advance of this date, supporters will receive a communication containing information on how to register. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be able join the Cup Schemes during the renewals window.
SEAT RELOCATIONS
If you wish to relocate, you should initially renew your existing seat as normal. You will then be given the opportunity to relocate from your existing seat from 9am until 5pm on Tuesday 22 May online at mancity.com/tickets, or by calling Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1, 3). After this date, any remaining seats may be offered to supporters on the Seasoncard Waiting List.
Disabled supporters who wish to relocate their seat should call our Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1, 1, 1) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office to discuss their seating requirements in more detail. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, subject to availability.
SEASONCARD WAITING LIST
Cityzens Matchday members receive access to the Seasoncard Waiting List as a member benefit. All Cityzens Matchday members will soon receive notification via email of their opportunity to buy a 2018/19 Seasoncard. Please note that there is no guarantee that Seasoncards will be available to buy for all supporters who are Cityzens Matchday members
Existing Seasoncard Holders are advised that should they relocate when a friend or family member on the Waiting List purchases a 2018/19 Seasoncard, you may be required to pay an increase in price or receive a refund. Direct Debit payments will be adjusted accordingly.
