FA Cup final: Ticket Information

Kick off – 5.00pm

The Club has received an additional 2,364 tickets from the FA. The total allocation is now 31,606 with supporters located in the East end of Wembley Stadium.

From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Supporters, Seasonal Hospitality Supporters, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the MCFC Supporters Club.

Five categories of match ticket are available to purchase, priced as follows:

*Disabled supporters will pay the Category 4 pricing regardless of the position of seating

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets will not be available to purchase or collect ‘in person’ at the Stadium Ticket Office for this match. For this fixture, supporters are able to choose their seats online.

QUALIFYING SALES CRITERIA

Subject to availability, tickets can be purchased online at https://tickets.mancity.com/ or by telephone on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1) by supporters who meet the following criteria;

• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 15,000 or more ticket points – Tuesday 23^rd April at 9am
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 13,000 or more ticket points – Tuesday 23^rd April at 12pm
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 11,000 or more ticket points – Tuesday 23^rd April at 3pm
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 9,000 or more ticket points – Wednesday 24^th April at 9am
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 6,500 or more ticket points – Wednesday 24^th April at 12pm
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 4,000 or more ticket points – Wednesday 24^th April at 3pm
• All Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the FA Cup Scheme – Thursday 25^th April at 10am

• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 8,500 or more ticket points – Thursday 25^th April at 12pm
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 6,500 or more ticket points – Thursday 25^th April at 3pm
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 5,500 or more ticket points – Friday 26^th April at 9am
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 4,500 or more ticket points – Friday 26^th April at 12pm
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 3,500 or more ticket points – Friday 26^th April at 3pm
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 2,750 or more ticket points – Monday 29^th April at 9am
• Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme with 2,000 or more ticket points – Monday 29^th April at 12pm
• All Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard not registered on the FA Cup Scheme – Monday 29^th April at 3pm
• All Cityzens Matchday Members - Tuesday 30th April at 9am
• General sale* - Wednesday 1st May at 9am

* Supporters must have attended a fixture at the Etihad Stadium when purchasing tickets.

**Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket and all tickets will be despatched via first class post and sent to the registered address of the lead supporter. Phone lines are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. Tickets purchased online may be subject to a booking fee.

Match tickets will be despatched on Wednesday 8^th May. If you’ve not received your ticket after your postal delivery service on Thursday 16^th May, please contact Supporter Services.

The Club would like to remind supporters that it advises against booking travel or accommodation for fixtures until they secure a ticket.

Please note; there are no guarantees the sales criteria will reach each window listed above. Should any tickets remain; further selling criteria will be announced on the website.

DISABLED TICKETS ONLINE

The Club has received an allocation of 100 wheelchair bays and an allocation of ambulant seats, both with the provision for a free personal assistant. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase online as follows;

Wheelchair

• Select any available wheelchair bay from one of the following blocks:

• 102 to 104, 106 to 108, 110 to 112, 115 to 117, 119 to 122 and 513 to 514

• Select the quantity required as one ticket.
• This will automatically pull through your personal assistant seat to your basket.
• Within the basket, simply change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant

Ambulant

• Wembley have advised Row 31 in Level 1 as being the most suitable for ambulant supporters although you can buy anywhere.
• When buying your tickets online, select two seats and change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant

We do not restrict where a supporter sits as we are aware that you may wish to sit with your friends and family. FORGOTTEN YOUR ONLINE LOG IN?

Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here, and clicking ‘My Account’.

LINKING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Don’t forget to link your Friends and Family before you buy. You can do this at any time, why not log in online now and set your group up now.

Cityzens with a Platinum or 93:20 Seasoncard will be awarded 40 ticket points. Cityzens with a Gold Seasoncard will be awarded 20 ticket points for attending this fixture.

JUNIOR SEASONCARD HOLDERS: 

We appreciate that there may be a significant difference in ticket points between junior supporters (under 18) and their parent(s) or guardian(s). A limited allocation of tickets will be made available to 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard holders registered on the FA Cup Scheme aged under 18, for purchase together with a qualifying adult Seasoncard holder. At the point where the adult qualifies, they can also purchase ONE junior ticket regardless of the junior’s ticket point status.

Please note, this option is available to supporters online and purchasing over the phone, and all juniors must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over). Once this limited allocation has been sold, no further tickets will be available and all junior Seasoncard holders must then qualify in their own right to purchase a ticket. Supporters will be advised at the point of sale when the limited allocation of tickets available to juniors has sold out.

Please note: If the supporter number used is that of an adult, then only an adult ticket may be purchased. This also applies to under 18s and over 65s.

OFFICIAL MATCH TICKET

Entry to Wembley Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club.  The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Wembley Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Travel

Official coach travel is provided by Thomas Cook Sport, free of charge, available on a limited basis. This package is available to all supporters who have purchased a match ticket through the Club. Virgin Trains

Virgin Trains has confirmed it plans to run two additional services to get fans back from Wembley. The trains will depart London Euston at 21:20 and 21:24, providing in excess of 1000 extra seats.

Getting to the game

Trains depart Manchester Piccadilly every 20 minutes on Saturday morning / early afternoon with a journey time of 2hrs 6mins. Services are expected to be extremely busy so fans are encouraged to book in advance.

After the game

Trains depart London Euston after the game at 19:40, 20:20, 21:00 in addition to the two extra services at 21:20 and 21:24. Should the game go into extra time and penalties, the number of available trains is reduced and fans are warned that boarding cannot be guaranteed.

A normal Sunday service will be operating, so fans looking to make of weekend of it, can take advantage of fast and frequent trains the following day, the first of which leaves London Euston at 08:10.

We would like to remind everyone why we have the best supporters in the country.  On your visit to Wembley, please respect the stewards and staff at the Club and we remind you:

• That the use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs strictly prohibited.
• To remain in the seat that you have purchased.
• To keep your ticket with you at all times.
• Do not block the aisles or gangways.
• Do not smoke.
• To follow the ground regulations.

Tickets for this match are sold subject to the acceptance of The FA Terms and Conditions of Sale. All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2018-19 terms and conditions of sale, and the applicable Ground Regulations of Wembley Stadium. The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday and are closed on Weekends & Bank Holidays, except where there is a First Team home match.
