IMPORTANT MATCH TICKET INFORMATION
Italian bylaws dictate each ticket must be registered and used by the supporter who has purchased. The name of the supporter who has purchased the match ticket will be written on the back of the ticket. Once the name has been written on the ticket, it cannot be altered in anyway, as this will render the ticket invalid for use.
Supporters are advised that on the night of the match, the Italian Police and/or Atalanta stewards will check that the name on the ticket matches that of the supporter who has purchased. Photo identification (passport) will also be requested to validate the name of the respective supporter and to allow entry in to the stadium.
All tickets purchased must be correctly allocated to the travelling supporter and you must not purchase a ticket on your account to pass on to another supporter. This will result in supporters failing to gain access to the stadium. In addition to this no duplicate tickets will be issued so it’s important to keep your ticket safe at all times.
Supporters will be sent a travel survey following the match ticket purchase. This information will be shared with the opposing Club to ensure they provide the best matchday experience.
The following groups will receive an allocation of tickets for this match: Supporters, Seasonal Hospitality Supporters, Football Management, Players, Club Partners and the MCFC Supporters Club.
The Club would like to remind supporters that it advises against booking travel or accommodation for fixtures until they secure a ticket. Fixture dates and kick-off times can change at any time.

Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme with 12,000 points - Monday 14th October at 9am
Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme with 6,000 points - Monday 14th October at 12noon
Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme - Monday 14th October at 3pm

TRAVEL PACKAGE
Following the unfortunate news of Thomas Cook entering liquidation, the Club has made some changes to forthcoming travel packages. Working alongside Sportsworld, we will be offering travel packages to Manchester City fans wishing to attend Atalanta vs Manchester City. Please note, places on the plane will be issued on a first come, first served basis, and payment will be taken at point of sale. All travellers must have an official match ticket, purchased directly from the Club. Anyone that is not successful in obtaining a match ticket will receive a full refund for their travel package.*
Supporter Day Trip Packages will be available priced £289pp, and include the following:
• Return charter flight from Manchester Airport to Milan (Malpensa Airport)
• Return stadium transfers
• Dedicated onsite Sportsworld representative
• Pre-event travel support from the Sportsworld team

DISABLED AWAY TICKETS
The Club has received an allocation of 10 wheelchair bays with a free personal assistant. Both the wheelchair bay and personal assistant are free of charge. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase by calling the Access Line on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, 2, 2). We will not be selling Wheelchair bays online for this fixture.
We do not restrict where a supporter sits as we are aware that you may wish to sit with your friends and family. If you have a specific seating requirement where you need to discuss the specific seats that the opposing club may have allocated for easy access, please contact the Access team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2, option 2) to discuss your needs in more detail.
FORGOTTEN YOUR ONLINE LOG IN?
Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. As guardians of this great Club, we all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of not only Manchester City, but also the City of Manchester. On your visit to the Stadia Meazza – San Siro Stadium, please respect the stewards and staff at the Club and we ask that you:
• Remain in the seat that you have purchased.
• Keep your ticket with you at all times.
• Do not block the aisles or gangways.
• Do not smoke.
• The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs is strictly prohibited
The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
