Below you will find important service information ahead of our away fixture against Crystal Palace, Saturday 19th October, 5:30pm kick-off.

We ask you to arrive early to ensure that there are no delays in entering the stadium.  

Supporters attending this match are advised not to take any bags unless essential. Bags will be searched, in accordance with visiting supporter stand security procedures, which may cause a delay in entering the stadium.

TRAVELLING TO THE STADIUM

The postcode for Crystal Palace is SE25 6PU. There is no parking available at the Stadium. Supporters are advised to use public transport.

The nearest local stations are Selhurst Station, Norwood Junction & Thornton Heath, which are all within walking distance.

Supporters are advised to always allow extra time to travel on a match day and plan ahead.

TICKET COLLECTIONS

Supporters collecting tickets can do so from the visiting supporter’s ticket office located at Entrance 4 on Park Road. The ticket office will be open from 2.30pm.

Supporters are advised to collect their tickets at least 60-minutes before kick-off to pass through security checks and enter the stadium in time.

ACCESSIBILITY

Selhurst Park is in a residential area, so minimal parking is available and subject to permit schemes.  For disabled supporters, car parking is available in dedicated disabled parking bays in Sainsbury’s car park (next door to Selhurst Park) on a first come, first served basis. These bays are not monitored by Crystal Palace FC.

OFFICIAL MATCH TICKET

The Away Supporters’ Area is located in the Arthur Wait Stand. Turnstiles will open approximately 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Supporters are located in Blocks R, S and T. Please find the correct turnstile printed on your match day ticket. It is important that aisles are kept clear and supporter do not stand in the hatched areas.

The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

GENERAL

There is a designated area for luggage at Entrance 9, however space is very limited. Crystal Palace cannot be held responsible for any left items.

The pubs in the local vicinity are for home supporters, however turnstiles open 2 hours prior to kick off.

All food and drink outlets inside Selhurst Park and the Fanzone are now cashless, so please remember to bring your debit or credit card to the game with you.

CODE OF CONDUCT: RESPECT THE BADGE

If you ever witness crime, vandalism, violence, drugs, the use of smoke bombs and pyrotechnics or abusive behaviour from visiting or home supporters, inside or outside a Stadium, contact a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns.

Crystal Palace operate a text alert system for supporters who wish to report any issues/incidents of discriminatory abuse/antisocial behaviour. The number is 07507 477669 and you will need to include the nature of issue/incident and the exact location in the text.

Supporters travelling via public transport are asked to be mindful of other passengers travelling and respect the staff on board.
