Champions League: Group stage ticket details

This season’s UEFA Champions League Group Stage sees City drawn against Shakhtar Donetsk, Dinamo Zagreb and Atalanta. 

Fixture details are;

Manchester City v Dinamo Zagreb, Tuesday 1^st October 2019, 8pm

Manchester City v Atalanta, Tuesday 22^nd October 2019, 8pm

Manchester City v Shakhtar Donetsk, Tuesday 26^th November 2019, 8pm

Supporters are advised that as a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to Cityzens with a 2019/20 93:20, Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are unavailable. Please see ‘Seat Relocation’ information below.

Tickets for all three Group Stage fixtures are priced as follows;

GROUP STAGE BUNDLE

Qualifying supporters can purchase tickets for all three games with our Group Stage bundle receiving a discount on the individual ticket prices. Further information including prices and on-sale dates are detailed below. Please note that to purchase the three-match bundle you must buy all three matches in the same transaction, and your discount will be applied at checkout.

To receive the three-match bundle price, the seat you select for all 3 matches need to be located within the same price level as listed below.

Tickets will be available online at www.mancity.com/tickets, by telephone on +(0)161 444 1894 (option 1) and to personal callers at the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office above the City Store for supporters that meet the following criteria:

• Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Seasoncard (registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme) can purchase five extra tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Wednesday 4^th September, 9am

   

• Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Seasoncard (not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme) can purchase up to six tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Wednesday 4^th September, 9am

   

• Cityzens Matchday Members* can purchase up to six tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Thursday 5^th September, 10am.

   

• General sale* supporters can purchase up to six tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Thursday 5^th September, 3pm.

*Supporters must have previously attended a fixture at the Etihad Stadium to purchase tickets for the Atalanta home match and the three-match bundle.

Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket. Phone lines are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Booking fees may apply on all channels.  

Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum, Gold and 93:20 Seasoncard who are not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.

Please note: All Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Seasoncard who are registered on the 2019/20 UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will have payment taken from their nominated debit/credit card as follows;

Manchester City v Dinamo Zagreb – Week commencing 9^th September 2019

Manchester City v Atalanta – Week commencing 30^th September 2019

Manchester City v Shakhtar Donetsk – Week commencing 4^th November 2019

10 ticket points** will be awarded for attending each game. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points per game.

**Ticket points will be added 48 hours after the fixture has taken place.

Disabled supporters are able to purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1,2,2).

ALCOHOL AT MATCHDAY

Alcohol will now be available for sale in all areas of the Etihad Stadium for UEFA Champions League matches. This includes all three of these home Group Stage fixtures. Please drink responsibly.

FORGOTTEN YOUR ONLINE LOG IN?

Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here and clicking ‘My Account’.

SEAT RELOCATIONS

As a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will be unavailable. Full details of seats impacted for the Group Stage fixtures are as follows;

South Stand Level 1, Block 114 to 117 and Family Stand Level 1, Blocks 135 to 138

Rows 1 to C; Impaired view due to photographer standing positions.

Colin Bell Stand Level 2 – Block 228

Rows A to F; UEFA requirement for the Club to provide an allocation of ‘First Class’ seating to the Visiting Club, located between the 16m lines.

Colin Bell Stand Level 3 – Block 326

Rows A to P; UEFA requirement for an expanded television and media commentary area.

East Stand Level 1 – Block 105

Rows N to DD; Required to accommodate the UEFA Champions Club.

East Stand Level 2 – Block 209

Rows C to R; Required to accommodate the UEFA 1^st class purchase tickets.

East Stand Level 3 – Block 304

Rows T to FF; Required to accommodate the UEFA 2^nd class purchase tickets.

East Stand Level 3 – Block 303

Rows V to DD; Required to accommodate the UEFA 3^rd class purchase tickets.

Supporters who have joined the 2019/20 UEFA Competition Cup Scheme with a seasonal seat located in any of the affected areas listed above will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium. All supporters will be allocated a seat as near to their seasonal seat as possible.

Supporters impacted by the relocations will be sent a seat relocation email detailing the seat you have been allocated. If you find that you are unhappy with the seat location that you have been provided, please contact us to choose an alternative seat location. Please contact Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1,2,1) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office on the first floor of the City Store at the Etihad Stadium.

It is important to remember that we have a significant number of supporters on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme, and whilst we will endeavour to allocate a seat as near to their seasonal seat, this may not be possible due to availability.

There may be times when an impacted seat is returned to the Club. There is no guarantee that this will be offered back to a supporter prior to offering the seat for sale, based on the time that the Club receives the seat and the match taking place. The Etihad Stadium Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday and are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays except where there is a First Team home match.
