Manchester City's rearranged home game against West Ham United takes place on Wednesday 19 February, with kick-off at 19:30 (UK).

Any available tickets will go on sale at 9am, Friday 14 February 2020.

All Seasoncards will be activated and all match tickets remain valid for this rescheduled fixture.

What if I can no longer attend the rescheduled fixture?

Seasoncard holders are able to list their seat on the Manchester City Ticket Exchange from 9am, Friday 14th February. Your seat will then become available for sale. For more information on the Ticket Exchange, click here.

All other supporters are able to claim a refund no later than 5pm, Thursday 13 February.

What if I previously listed and sold my seat on the Ticket Exchange?

Your Seasoncard is inactive and you will receive 1/19th of your Seasoncard price back to your nominated credit/debit card within 45-days of the rescheduled fixture taking place.

If you wish to attend the rescheduled fixture, you will need to purchase an alternative seat*. This will be charged at 1/19th of your Seasoncard price. To purchase a seat, you will need to call Supporter Services from 9am, Friday 14 February on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1,2,1) *subject to availability.

What if I previously listed my seat on the ticket exchange and it did not sell?

Your seat will become available for sale from 9am, Friday 14 February. If you can now attend the rescheduled fixture you will need to;

  • Log in to your online account and remove your seat from the exchange.
  • This will reactivate your Seasoncard and allow you entry to the stadium. 
  • You will need to remove your seat from the exchange no later than 5pm, Thursday 13 February
  • Any seats that remain on the exchange, will be made available for sale on Friday.

Forgotten your online log in? 

Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here and clicking ‘My Account’.

The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday and are closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays except where there is a First Team home match.
