Official Match Ticket
Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller.
The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.
Upgrades
It is important that you have purchased, and are in possession of, the correct ticket and that it is activated to allow you access in to the stadium. If the supporter who originally purchased the ticket is no longer able to attend the match, please contact the Supporter Services team on 0161 444 1894 (option 1, then option 3) to discuss, and where appropriate, upgrade your ticket.
Please note that in some instances, you may be required to visit the Ticket Office at the Etihad Stadium in advance of the match so that we can make the necessary amendments to your ticket (this is applicable where there is a change from a concession to an adult).
Failure to upgrade your ticket before you attempt to enter the ground may result in a stadium ban.
