City are sharpening up for the second half of the 2024/25 campaign with a week of training in Abu Dhabi.
And after a hugely successful first day in the United Arab Emirates, training stepped up a notch on Saturday morning.
The Blues’ first match of 2025 is in eight days’ time against Ipswich Town in the FA Cup, but a busy period - including two clashes with Manchester United - follows later in January.

It’s a demanding schedule, but one the players will be relishing with plenty of sharp touches and smiles on show.
After taking part in some crossing and shooting exercises as well as possession based drills, the team broke off into a full 11-a-side practice to help regain that match sharpness.
