The young midfielder joins from Bohemians in her native Republic of Ireland, where she’d established herself as a key figure over the previous two seasons.
Still just 18, Aoibhe made over 50 senior appearances for Bohs, scoring her first senior goal for them as a 16-year-old in the 2024 League of Ireland campaign.
International recognition has since followed, with Brennan captaining the Republic of Ireland’s Under-19s.
She also received her first call-up to the senior side in April 2026 for a pair of World Cup qualifiers against Poland, but was ruled out through injury.
That first senior cap for Carla Ward’s will be a key target for the 18-year-old over the coming months as she looks to also establish herself in City’s Next Gen Under-21 side.
