Manchester City’s Barclays Women’s Super League clash against Arsenal has been shifted for live TV coverage.

The match will still take place on Sunday 2 April at Meadow Park, but the action will now get under way at 12:30 (UK).

It will also be broadcast live in the United Kingdom on BBC Two.

The two sides currently sit second and fourth in the WSL table and are separated by six points, although the Gunners have two games in hand of Gareth Taylor’s side.

It will represent the third meeting between the two teams this season, having locked horns in the Continental Cup semi-finals in February.

Arsenal came out on top in extra time on that occasion, but City hit back with a deserved 2-1 WSL triumph before the recent international break.

With both sides vying for the title, it’s sure to be a captivating encounter.

Our Matchday Centre will provide live text commentary, stats and analysis throughout proceedings from 11:00, while those with push notifications turned on in the Man City app will also be alerted to all the key moments as they unfold.

A detailed match report plus reaction from the manager and players alike can be accessed soon after the final whistle.

Highlights and a full-match replay - available on CITY+ and Recast - will also be made available from 12:00 on Monday 3 April.
