City will play Aston Villa at Villa Park in our first away match of the Barclays Women's Super League season.

The match was originally scheduled for 14:00 BST on Saturday 16 September but will now be played at 12:30 on Sunday 17 September.

Aston Villa usually play at the Bescot Stadium, the home ground of Walsall’s men’s first team, but have used Villa Park previously.

The fixture against Villa will be the fifth WSL meeting between the two clubs since the start of the 2020/21 season - when they were first promoted to the top flight.

Gareth Taylor‘s City side will begin the Barclays Women’s Super League campaign against Arsenal at the Academy Stadium on Sunday 11 September at 19:00 BST.

Manchester Derby at the Etihad Stadium

Our home fixture vs Manchester United will take place at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday 11 December (date and time to be confirmed), in a repeat of the record-breaking game in 2019 which saw over 31,000 supporters in attendance.
