The pair have both put in outstanding performances in recent weeks as Gareth Taylor‘s team challenge for the title.
Shaw scored five times as we won all four WSL matches in March to maintain our incredible winning streak.

Park, utilised in the centre of midfield, scored three times and produced some dominant displays.
The month began with a 2-1 victory over Everton, with Shaw scoring the opener in a tight contest.
A fine 4-1 win at Brighton followed with Shaw again one of the scorers.
The two standout performances were still to come, starting with the derby victory at the Etihad Stadium.
Park scored twice, including a beautifully guided volley, and set up Shaw for the other as we ran out 3-1 winners over our local rivals.
For Shaw’s goal, Park won possession in the middle of the pitch and played a disguised reverse pass into the striker’s feet.
At Liverpool, Shaw hit one of the goals of the season with a fearsome strike from distance.
Park had a beauty of her own in that game too, weaving through a compact defence before tucking the ball calmly into the corner.
We’re looking for a second successive City winner after Khiara Keating earned the prize for February.
Park and Shaw will face tough competition for the prize from Chelsea’s Johanna Rytting Kaneryd, Aston Villa’s Adrianna Leon, Lisa Naalsund of Manchester United and Brighton’s Elisabeth Terland.
