Our Battle of the Bands competition has seen four local artists perform at one of our WSL home fixtures across the season, provides the perfect entertainment before the action on the pitch gets under way, and at half-time!
Our final sees Queen Cult battle it out with Lissy Taylor, who will both be performing live in on our stage area above the players tunnel before the game against Arsenal.

WHO ARE QUEEN CULT?
Queen Cult are a four-piece rock band from Macclesfield, Cheshire, formed by lead singer, guitarist and songwriter Maisie Johnson with Brodie Carson playing drums, Piers Jarvis on bass and newest member Lead Guitarist Ruby Augar.
With a fierce song-writing style, Queen Cult have released two critically acclaimed EPs so far and their music is generating widespread support from streaming services, radio and press.

WHO IS LISSY TAYLOR?
Originally from Stoke with influences from living in the United States of America and Manchester, Lissy Taylor continues her journey into indie-rock and has gained air time on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, Absolute Radio & Radio X.
While doing a songwriting degree at BIMM Manchester, Lissy formed her band in 2018.
She became immersed in the Manchester music scene from that moment on, where she has cemented her place as one of the most-exciting up-and-comers!
