Shaw opened the scoring with a clinical side-footed finish against the Villans before doubling her tally on the stroke of half-time.
She then rounded off the scoring with another two late in the second half to build on goals from Aoba Fujino and Vivianne Miedema.
It means Shaw is now on 12 goals for the season, more than double her closest rival in the WSL Golden Boot race.
