Right foot, left foot, devastating

Unsurprisingly, the majority of her goals have come from her favoured right foot (30), but she’s also added another 14 with her left.
Given her aerial prowess, it’s no surprise to learn that 24 of her City strikes have also come from headers, while all but one have been from open play.
Opponents
With ten goals in just six appearances, Shaw’s favourite opponents have been Tottenham Hotspur.
She’s also hit double figures against Everton across eight matches, with Bristol City completing her top three with nine goals in just four games.

In total, Shaw has got on the scoresheet against 16 different sides.
Inside / outside the box
There’s so much more to Shaw’s game than her ability in the box, but the Jamaican’s clinical nature inside 18 yards is emphasised by where her goals have come from on the pitch.
In total, an astonishing 65 of her 68 goals for City have been inside the box, with one notable exception being her goal in November’s 3-1 derby win at Old Trafford.
How may I assist you?
With eight assists, Lauren Hemp has provided Shaw the most regularly over her two-and-a-half season so far at City.
Chloe Kelly is next on the list with six assists of her own, while Alex Greenwood (4) completes the top three.
Caroline Weir, Laura Coombs, Leila Ouahabi and Mary Fowler have all set up Shaw three times each.
In total, an astonishing 22 different players have provided the Jamaican with an assist over her City career, meaning a new team-mate has had a hand in roughly one of every three goals she’s scored.
Competition breakdown
Unsurprisingly, the majority of Shaw’s goals have come in the WSL, with the Jamaican finding the net 46 times in the league across 55 appearances.
She’s added a further 13 goals in 12 FA Cup games, and seven in the Continental Cup from 11 matches.
Finally, Shaw has added two goals to her tally from four UEFA Champions League appearances, meaning she’s found the net in every competition she’s played in for City.
