Chloe Kelly has been shortlisted for February's Barclays Women's Super League PFA Player of the Month award.

The winger was at the centre of a hugely successful month for City, which saw us claim important league victories over Leicester and Arsenal.

Kelly grabbed her first WSL goal of the season in a 2-0 win over the Foxes, cutting in from the right flank before firing an unstoppable drive into the far corner.

And the England international’s fine form continued in a crucial clash with the Gunners seven days later.

VOTE FOR CHLOE KELLY

A player of the match performance was capped off by Kelly having a hand in both of City’s goals, as we moved into the WSL top three with a 2-1 win.

The winger’s teasing ball across the Arsenal box inside the opening five minutes was met by Lauren Hemp to open the scoring at the Academy Stadium.

And she then got in on the act herself with a close-range finish from Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw’s cutback as Gareth Taylor‘s side claimed a deserved three points in front of over 4,500 supporters.

Those impressive displays have seen Kelly make the shortlist for February’s PFA Player of the Month, where she faces stiff competition from five other potential winners.

Aston Villa duo Kirsty Hanson and Jordan Nobbs also feature, as well as Manchester United’s Hannah Blundell, Tottenham’s Beth England and Leicester’s on loan goalkeeper Janina Leitzig.

Voting closes at 10:00 (UK) on Monday 20 February. Vote for Chloe by clicking here.
