City have won the 2021/2022 Continental Cup!

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!

Gareth Taylor‘s side came from behind to earn an historic 3-1 win over Chelsea in the Continental Cup final.

Sam Kerr opened the scoring for the Londoners in the opening half but City responded emphatically with Caroline Weir scoring two brilliant goals. Ellen White also contributed, netting her 30th goal for the Club.
