The Young Lionesses routed the host nation Lithuania 10-0 to lay down a marker in the eight-team tournament.
Pritchard, who joined City from Durham last January, has been something of a scoring sensation for her country.
The 18-year-old striker came into this game with nine goals in nine games.
Pritchard took just five minutes to open her account and put the young Lionesses 1-0 up.
It was a typical poacher’s goal as she followed up a 20-yard effort after the keeper could only parry the ball into her path leaving the City teenager to tuck home from a couple of yards.
Her second came on 39 minutes when Katy Watson’s low cross was turned in at close range by Pritchard to put England 5-0 up before the break.
And it took Pritchard less than a minute to complete her hat-trick after the restart, firing home emphatically from 10 yards out with a powerful angled shot to give the keeper no chance and put England 6-0 up.
Pritchard added an assist to her day’s work, setting up England’s ninth goal on 69 minutes for Lexi Potter.
Arsenal striker Michelle Agyemang also bagged a treble, with Vivienne Lia, Watson and Madison Earl also on target.
England top Group A, with France winning 3-1 against Serbia earlier in the day.
