Gareth Taylor‘s side will lock horns with the North London outfit at the Academy Stadium on either Wednesday 2 or Thursday 3 February 2022 for a place in March’s Final.
The draw was made on talkSPORT2 on Thursday, after Gareth Taylor‘s side had booked our place in the final four with a deserved 3-1 victory over Bristol City at the Academy Stadium on Wednesday night, after finishing top of Group B.
The visitors took an unlikely lead early on though an Alex Greenwood own-goal but a Bunny Shaw brace and Vicky Losada strike were enough to see the home side progress.
Spurs reached the semi-final stage having topped Group C with three wins from three, before defeating Liverpool 1-0 in midweek.
City and Tottenham have met on five occasions in all competitions, winning four, although the most recent encounter was edged by the Londoners in controversial fashion back in September.
We have reached the penultimate stage of the competition on six occasions, and have gone on to win the entire tournament three times, the most recent of those coming in 2019.
The Final, which will be played at AFC Wimbledon’s Plough Lane, is scheduled for Saturday 5 March 2022.
