City will host holders Chelsea in the Continental Cup quarter-finals.
Chelsea are second in the FA WSL, unbeaten in their eight games so far.
City are fourth in the table two points behind making this the tie of the round.
It has been confirmed that the four quarter-final ties will be played on either Wednesday 13 January or Thursday 14 January 2021.
