Gareth Taylor‘s side will tackle the side from Kazakhstan on Thursday, August 18, kick-off 8pm (UK time).
The match will be staged at Real Madrid’s training ground in the Spanish capital alongside the Alfredo Di Stefano stadium.
If City prevail they will then face one of Real Madrid or SK Sturm Graz in the Round One final, after all four teams were drawn in Group Four of the league path.
The games will be played in a mini-tournament style.

Both semi-finals will be played on Thursday, 18 August with Real taking on Sturm Graz at the same time at the Alfredo Di Stefano stadium before the final which follows on Sunday, 21 August, kick-off 8pm (UK time).
The winners of this mini-tournament would then need to get through a two-legged Round Two tie in order to qualify for the 16-team group stage that begins in October.
The Round Two draw will be made on 1 September before the fixtures are played later that month.
