City’s pursuit of the Barclays Women’s Super League title continues apace, with two huge encounters still to come on home soil.
The Blues are currently eight points clear at the top of the WSL table as we look to end a ten-year wait for the title.
It’s a run-in you simply can’t miss, so find out more about each tie below...
City 6-0 Leicester | WSL
The Blues delivered an attacking masterclass at the Joie Stadium against the Foxes, going in at the break with a 4-0 lead.
Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw opened the scoring for City when heading home Lauren Hemp’s pinpoint cross, with a Vivianne Miedema brace and Yui Hasegawa strike following soon after.
It was a similar story after the break, with Kerolin adding a fifth with a powerful drive from the edge of the area, before Aoba Fujino completed the scoring just after the hour mark.
Leicester also went close, twice striking the woodwork in an entertaining encounter, with Shaw also seeing a seventh City goal ruled out for offside in stoppage time.
City 4-0 Sheffield United | FA Cup
City secured our place in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup quarter-finals with a dominant display at the Joie Stadium.
The damage was done early in the first half with Lauren Hemp netting two almost identical goals, both of which were provided by Iman Beney.
Aoba Fujino scored a third in the 21st minute before substitute Laura Coombs rounded off the victory with another in second half injury time.
It was a professional display from Andrée Jeglertz’s side heading into the international break, with City yet to concede in the competition this season.
City v Spurs | WSL | Saturday 21 March (12:00)
Another huge WSL clash beckons next in a fixture which seems to almost guarantee goals.
An incredible 22 goals have been scored in the last five WSL meetings between City and Spurs, and our 5-1 triumph in London back in September was no exception.
Tottenham are enjoying a strong season, though, and remain outsiders for a top three finish after picking up some impressive January recruits, including former City winger Julie Blakstad.

City v Liverpool | WSL | Sunday 3 May (12:00)*
Our final home match of the WSL season sees us welcome Liverpool to the Joie Stadium.
The Reds have begun to find form under Gareth Taylor and have lost just once so far in 2026, so a tough assignment is on the cards.
But with City battling for the WSL title, our home finale is definitely one to mark in the calendar.

As always, there’ll also be plenty of exciting activities planned outside of the action on the pitch, which adds to an already thrilling prospect on the pitch.
The Blues grabbed a late win at Anfield in October thanks to Iman Beney’s late strike, sealing a big three points in dramatic circumstances.
