Gareth Taylor celebrated his 100th match as Manchester City boss in our 3-1 WSL triumph over Tottenham Hotspur.

A Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw hat-trick ensured City moved second in the WSL with a hard-fought victory at the Academy Stadium.

Taking the reins ahead of the 2020/21 campaign having previously coached at various Academy levels, City would claim silverware inside his first six months at the helm with a 3-1 victory over Everton in the FA Cup final.

A Continental Cup success followed last season, while City are in the thick of the WSL title race and into the last eight of the FA Cup in the current campaign.

In total, Taylor has won 73 of his 100 matches in the dugout so far, drawing 9 and losing 18.

We have found the net 289 times during that period at an astonishing average of 2.89 per match, while conceding on just 82 occasions in the process.

Congratulations to Gareth on reaching 100 games as City manager.
