Gareth Taylor has been shortlisted for January's Barclays Women's Super League Manager of the Month award.
City secured four points from a possible six across the month in the league courtesy of a 1-0 victory over West Ham and 1-1 draw with Aston Villa.
Those results extended our unbeaten league run to nine matches and 14 in all competitions.
Indeed, our last defeat this season came back in late September, with City winning 12 matches in the following sequence.
Taylor’s side have conceded just six times in the league across our past nine matches, finding the net on 20 occasions in the process.
The boss is up for the award against Manchester United manager Marc Skinner, Everton’s Brian Sorensen and his Aston Villa counterpart, Carla Ward.
