City won each of our two league matches across February, getting the better of both Leicester and Arsenal to extend our unbeaten WSL run to 11 matches.
We have won nine of those encounters, with our last defeat coming in September.
And Taylor’s side were full value for both triumphs, beginning with a convincing 2-0 win at the King Power Stadium against the Foxes.
And City followed that up by getting the better of the Gunners in a potentially crucial clash at the Academy Stadium.
The hosts dominated in the first half, and were rewarded with a two-goal cushion at the break.
And while Arsenal halved the deficit in the second 45, City were full value for a victory which saw them leapfrog the Gunners into third place.
We remain unbeaten on home soil this season, and are now just two points off the WSL summit.
Taylor faces competition from Aston Villa boss Carla Ward and Manchester United manager Marc Skinner for February’s award.
