Taylor guided us to an unbeaten month in October which saw us win three games out of three, scoring nine goals and conceding just one in the process.
The nine points from those games has seen us rise to fourth in the WSL table, as we look to keep the pressure on Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United above us.
We started the month with an impressive 4-0 win against Leicester City in our first home game of the new campaign.
A professional performance against Tottenham Hotspur saw us run out 3-0 winners at Brisbane Road.
City rounded off the month with our second home league win in as many games, as Hayley Raso’s second-half strike sealed a 2-1 victory against Liverpool.
Taylor is up against Jonas Eidevall (Arsenal), Denise Reddy (Chelsea) and Marc Skinner (Manchester United) for the award, with the winner being announced on Thursday 10 November.
