The teenager, who has been called up to England’s senior squad for the SheBelieves Cup, played a key role in the success, proving one of our most potent attacking threats with her remarkable pace down the left flank.

Showcasing her composure and predatory instincts, Hemp netted the winner in a must-win clash against Arsenal before sliding home a vital leveller in the thrilling 3-3 draw with Chelsea.

Despite her age, the 19-year-old has quickly become an integral part of Alan Mahon’s side, clocking up 43 appearances since joining the Club last summer, scoring 13 goals.

She penned a new deal with the Club in December and continues to raise her profile, having been named the PFA Women’s Young Player of the Year for 2017/18 and 2017 Vauxhall England Young Player of the Year.

Hailed for her February displays, Hemp faces stiff competition from Chelsea duo Ann-Katrin Berger and Bethany England, plus Bristol City’s Gemma Evans and Reading’s Jade Moore.

Voting closes at noon on Monday 2nd March. Vote here!

Good luck, Hempo!
