Jade Rose is expecting a ‘great atmosphere’ this season as she prepares to meet the City fans at Tuesday’s open training session.

Rose joined City in June 2025 from Harvard University, signing a three-year-deal having built her academic and sporting foundations at the prestigious university.

The 22-year-old, who played for Harvard Crimson in the Ivy League system while also featuring for Canada’s senior side, is eagerly awaiting wearing sky blue this season and beyond.

Her first official duties as a City player will see her introduced to the fans on Tuesday at the Joie Stadium and it’s a moment she is relishing.

“I can’t wait for the event and I look forward to hearing the City supporters for the first time,” said our new No.4.

“I have heard a lot about the supporters and the fantastic atmosphere they create at home games which will be super important to us this season.

“The support they bring will be crucial in helping us to achieve our goals in the league and push for another European spot.

“A huge thank you to everyone so far for the warm welcome, bring the noise on Tuesday and I look forward to hearing you all!”

Rose – along with Iman Beney and the latest men’s team recruits - will be introduced to supporters for the first time at the Joie Stadium on Tuesday.

Gates open at 12:30 (UK) and the event is set to finish at 17:00 (UK).

It is now sold out.

For those who cannot attend, it will also be live-streamed across our channels.

Anyone who attends the event and buys a home, away or Club World Cup jersey on the day can enjoy free printing on their shirt by showing their ticket at the till. The offer is only available on the day at both the Etihad Stadium and Joie Stadium.
