Jade Rose says City’s fans are unlike any other in the world.

The Canadian defender has enjoyed an incredible first season at the Club, playing a pivotal role in our first Barclays Women’s Super League title in 10 years.

And we have the chance to extend that success this weekend when we go to Wembley to play Brighton in the Women’s FA Cup final.

Throughout the season, Andree Jeglertz and his players have been backed by a loud and loyal support, with those fans present at West Ham on the final day of the league season before a special event at Albert Hall in Manchester the following day.

Ahead of that though, the team were part of Monday’s parade through the streets of Manchester before an evening event at the Co-op Live.

Whilst on the bus, Rose reflected on her maiden 12 months in Manchester.

“The year has been incredible, it’s surpassed anything I could’ve imagined.

“To be here and see how much it means to the fans and see the people who’ve supported us all year long, it’s incredible.

“It really has blown my mind.

“Our fans aren’t like any other in the world and I’m so blessed to be a part of this Club.”
