Brighton’s Kiko Seike scored twice in the opening 20 minutes to put Nadeshiko in control early on, before Bayern Munich midfielder Momoko Tanikawa added a third before half-time.
It was Fujino’s time to shine after the break, scoring both goals within the first 15 minutes of the second period.
The first came as she was played in behind, took a touch and rifled under the goalkeeper from around 12 yards out.
While her first was clinical, the second was something special.
Our winger did all the hard work first up, sprinting down the right hand side to get the team up the pitch before cutting inside and laying off for Manaka Matsukubo.
Fujino carried on her run into the box to receive the ball back, took a perfect touch with her right foot and struck home with her left.
A real thing of beauty! It was her final involvement in the game, as she was replaced a few moments later.
Ayaka Yamashita and Risa Shimizu played the full game, with the former captaining her country.
Yui Hasegawa also starred, getting 74 minutes before being substituted.
The two sides will meet again in another friendly on Tuesday.
