It comes after the Swede guided City to another undefeated month in the league which extended our top-flight winning streak to 12 straight matches by the end of the 31-day period.
As a result, it meant the Blues entered February at the division’s summit – nine points clear at the top of the league.
The first of these successes was a professional 2-0 win over Everton at the Joie Stadium.
Kerolin opened the scoring against the Toffees when rounding off a spectacular individual effort with a finish from a tight angle in the first half.
Following the interval, Vivianne Miedema rounded off the scoring when thundering into the roof of the net after collecting a Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw pass behind the defence.
City’s second WSL win in January was more dramatic, with Shaw scoring an 86th-minute winner in a 2-1 success over London City Lionesses.
Brazilian forward, Kerolin, scored the game’s first goal before the hosts equalised through Freya Godfrey after the interval.
And with clock ticking down and a draw growing in likelihood, Bunny slammed home from close range to secure a precious three points.
Since his appointment as City’s head coach, Jeglertz has won three WSL Manager of the Month awards which were across October, November and December – making him the first to win three in succession.
