And she completed her hat-trick shortly after the interval when heading home a precise corner before Taylor Hinds pulled a goal back late on.
Her treble on Merseyside helped extend her tally as our all-time leading goalscorer to an eventual 72 and to the WSL Golden Boot after finishing the term on 21 league goals.
